When I moved to La Collina Verde, which means
"The Little Green Hill" in Italian, I was surrounded by a
beautiful orchard with 700 lime trees on the hillside above
Santa Barbara. Sharing limes with family and friends always
presented the question, "Thanks, but what do I do with limes?"
Experimenting with lime recipes was a hobby that
has become a passion.
